Construction of peat dams across sheep drains on open ground, re pro ling of peat hagg, and creation of peat bunds to catch water, work was done over a very large area, with very soft and waterlogged peat, also as site was within a working windfarm care had to be taken to conform with windfarm health and safety procedures and access to various parts of the site was hindered by electric cables, additional training undertaken regarding very site speci c hazards.
